General Information
- Security deposit $200.00. If serving alcohol security deposit is $300.00 + $50.00 non-refundable alcohol tax.
- Additional hours are available for $50.00 per hour and must be requested 2 weeks in advance.
- A staff person will be present during your rental. MMCC staff is responsible for unlocking and locking building.
- For cancellation or no-shows less than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on the deposit and entire rental amount is due.
