- For cancellation or no-shows less than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on the deposit and entire rental amount is due.
- For cancellation more than 2 weeks before contracted date, there is no refund on deposit amount.
- All capacities listed with prices are based on classroom style room arrangement.
- Setup changes will be an additional $100.00 and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- Additional tables will be $5.00 each table.
- Additional hours are available at $50.00 per hour and must be requested 2 weeks in advance.
- A staff person is not guaranteed to be present during your rental.
